Terms & Conditions

Your eligibility to win a $/£/€ 142 jackpot and receiving a welcome bonus as well as your friend's eligibility to receive a welcome bonus (the "Promotion") are both subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. In addition to the definitions set forth in the "888 Group Operated Sites and Services End-User License Agreement" and the "888 Greetings Terms of Service", the following definitions shall apply: "Referring Friend" is the person who sends the e-card; and "Referred Friend" is the person who receives the e-card.
2. The Promotion shall commence on February 8th, 2009 and shall conclude on February 14th, 2009 (the "Promotion Period")
3. To receive a 200% bonus of up to 200 GBP (or its equivalent in other available currencies) (the "Welcome Bonus"), the Referred Friend must open a new 888ladies account and make a minimum deposit of 20 GBP during the Promotion Period or make such minimum deposit for the first time in an 888ladies non-funded existing account during the Promotion Period . An immediate Welcome Bonus will then automatically be added to the Referred Friend's account.
4. In order to qualify for the Welcome Bonus, the Referred Friend(s) may not have previously deposited at 888ladies.com under their own name, or any other name or alias using the same form of payment. Players are only permitted to have one (1) account at 888ladies.com.
5. Multiple accounts registered and/or accessed from a single computer (or IP address) will not qualify for the referred Welcome Bonus.
6. In order to become eligible to win the jackpot prize (the "Prize") the Referring Friend must manually send e-cards from the 888 Greetings webpage at http://specials.888.com/greetings/ to personally known friends using valid email addresses. The e-cards must be picked up by the Referred Friend.
7. A Referring Friend is not allowed to send more than 50 e-cards a day.
8. The Referring Friend must also have a funded 888ladies user account. If a Referring Friend makes a first minimum deposit at 888ladies.com during the Promotion Period then such Referring Friend shall also become eligible to receive the Welcome Bonus.
9. Entry to the Promotion is allowed only to individuals over the age of 18. You may be asked at any stage to provide us or a third party with a proof of your age and/or identity.
10. Employees of the 888 group and their relatives, as well as any individual or entity affiliated or related to the 888 group, will not be eligible to participate in the Promotion. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
11. In the event that we deem an entrant has executed any act in bad faith with relation to the Promotion, including spamming and the like, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and become disqualified from winning the Prize.
12. On February 15, 2009, we shall hand out the US$142/ GBP£ 142/ Euro € 142 Prize to the Referring Friend who has sent the highest number of e-cards to the highest number of Referred Friends who became First Time Depositors (FTDs) at 888ladies.com during the Promotion Period.
13. We shall notify the winner of the Prize of his/her winning via email and In the event that the winner of the Prize fails to respond to the winning notification email within 30 days of us having issued such email then the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize and shall have no claims whatsoever against us in such regard.
14. Our decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the Prize and the Welcome Bonus and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
15. Your participation in the Promotion will be deemed to constitute consent to the use of your name, likeness or image for promotional purposes without the requirement of any payment to you, and you expressly waive any relating claims against us in this regard.
16. The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Prize.
17. The winners' name will be disclosed to anyone asking us for that information in writing.
18. By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Prize and the Welcome Bonus.
19. In addition, the standard 888 Group Operated Sites and Services End-User License Agreement" and the 888 Greetings Terms of Service both apply, except as otherwise specified above, and all activity at 888ladies.com is governed by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd.
20. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, postpone, change or suspend this Promotion at our sole discretion and at any time.
21. We also reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions in our sole judgment and discretion.
22. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London.
