The following are the terms and conditions of the "Shane Warne Special Promotion" (the "Promotion"). The Promotion shall be organized by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Promoter").Your participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter or a third party with a proof of age and/or identity.

2. Employees and relatives of employees of the Promoter, as well as any individuals or entities affiliated or related to the Promoter are not eligible to enter the Promotion. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.

3. In the event that the Promoter deems that an entrant has executed any act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore become ineligible to win the Prize, as defined below.

4. The Promotion shall commence on March 18, 2008 and shall conclude on June 30, 2008 (the "Promotion Period").

5. Following the display of an advert on the entrants' designated Internet site(s) the entrant shall be obligated to provide the Promoter with the URLs of the Internet sites on which adverts have been displayed via the Promotion site. The entrant shall also be obligated to provide the Promoter with a valid email address in order to enable the Promoter to contact the entrant.

6. The entrant's Internet site(s) must have been active for a minimum of 3 (three) months and indexed in the major search engines.

7. Following the receipt by the Promoter of the information detailed in section 5 above and subject to the adverts remaining displayed for a minimum of thirty (30) days each entrant shall automatically be admitted into the Promotion draw, consequently becoming eligible to win the Prize, as such term is defined below.

8. PLEASE NOTE: The adverts must not be displayed on Internet sites which contain content that would reasonably be perceived as defamatory, threatening, distasteful, racist, unlawful, targeted to minors or otherwise objectionable. Further, the adverts must not be posted by entrants on Internet sites not registered in their own name.

9. During the Promotion Period the Promoter shall execute three computer generated random Prize draws, and in each of the draws one of the eligible entrants shall win autographed Shane Warne cricket accessories (such as a cricket ball, shirt or mini bat, signed by Shane Warne) (the "Prize"). The Prize draws shall take place on April 30, 2008, May 31, 2008 and Jun 30, 2008. Each entrant shall be allowed to take part in all three Prize draws but may win only one Prize.

10. The Promoter shall notify the winner of the Prize via email within 30 days of the Prize draw.

11. In the event that the winner of the Prize fails to respond to the winning notification email within 30 days of the Promoter having issued such email, such winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize and he/she shall have no claims whatsoever against the Promoter in such regard.

12. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.

13. Your participation in the Promotion will be deemed to be your agreement for the Promoter to use your name, likeness or image for promotional purposes without the requirement for any payment to you and you expressly waive any claims relating against the Promoter in this regard.

14. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth unless by the Promoter and at its sole discretion.

15. By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Prize.

16. By entering the Promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of the Promotion or the awarding of the Prize.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.

18. The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if, in the judgment of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.

19. The winners of the Prize shall be solely responsible for paying any relevant taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Prize.

20. The winner's name will be disclosed to anyone who writes to the Promoter at the address below.

21. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London.
